- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪All my children had Dr. Phelan as their pediatrician and he was amazing. Kind, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and questions. Dr. Phelan is amazing with children and has a calm about him that I have noticed children pick up and it makes visits go by smoothy. If we didn't relocate I would still be taking my children here.
