  Doctor missed appointment and office staff was not compassionate or apologetic for my lost time. Why are doctors & doctors staff so arrogant to think that only the doctor's time is valuable? There are other doctors that would gladly take my business and be considerate of my time. I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. I arrived 20 minutes early. After waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I asked the front desk how much longer it would be to see the doctor. After a couple minutes the lady at the front desk returned and stated it would be at least another 15 minutes, and continued to say that the doctor was very busy because he was a specialist, that his other appointments took longer than expected, that he got a phone call from the hospital... etc. Not once did the doctors staff say thanks for waiting / being patient or apologize for my inconvenience or wait. She said that I could reschedule, I told her that they forgot to apologize for my wait, and to have a good day. As I turned around and opened the door she then began to apologize as I walked out the door. Why are doctors & doctors staff so arrogant to think that only the doctor's time is valuable? There are other doctors that would gladly take my business and be considerate of my time.
